An LSD is great at curing the spinning one wheel problem and increase traction but on worn tyres and/or poor surfaces you will still find yourself spinning up the rears albeit with more control. I have 275 rear profile Michelin Pilot Supersports, an m3 LSD and full m3 rear arms/bushes and still can have the yellow light flashing like mad in a straight line at high speeds.
