Yeah, I went with the DCT on my 335is in preparation for the ///M4. I wanted to "give it a try" before I ordered my next car to see whether or not I wanted 6 speed manual or 7 speed auto. I must say, I was quite impressed with the DCT in SPORT/SPORT. It was far better than the M3 in Auto and M-Sport for sure. I couldn't believe what a pig that car was under 7K rpm. Besides, DCT just seems more fitting for a cabrio daily driver to me.
I have a dedicated track car with a 6 speed manual transmission. So, I guess I don't feel like I'm really missing anything like others have posted.
