I think you should take a vote on it. I believe users who are using the IN-DASH Boost gauge function by double-pressing the hazard light to active it, are staying in one map anyways (since Autotune). If they do switch to map 2, it will be off by default as map 1 was until they activated it.
Users who are using different maps are more tech savvy to begin with, so it wouldn't apply to the them. My vote, make it happen. It will be cool, for us who run map2(race gas, meth, etc) to have map2 independently indicate boost, fuel, meth flow, etc..
