HPF exhaust.. can it be modified to fit m3 bumper?!!

As the title says, I am planning on getting HPF gen 2 exhaust for my 335i and I recently got the M3 style rear bumper. As y'all know that I need to re-weld my back pipes in order to fit with the bumper. However, as I've seen HPF's pipes I started doubting its capability of getting cut and re-welded please let me know?
and would it rasp with the Gen II ?
