I've been to E-town and Maplegrove, never been to Atco.
For your first trip out it probably doesn't matter. There is going to be a learning curve at either track. I would go to which ever one might be less busy so, you can make more passes. However, I'd say most strips close to the city stay pretty busy.
With an Xi track prep isn't that big of deal since traction won't be much of issue.
If you know someone who has gone before see if they want to go with you.
