I just ran my 328i with Sports package over a piece of wood on the road and realized that it damaged one of the 255/40/17 90W rear tires on it I would like to find out if:

A.) I can put a similar spec Non-runflat tire as a replacement with the 3 other RFTs I have? This might sound lame but would the car handle ok with 3 RFTs and one non?
B.) Would a RFT with the same specs but some other make (non-Bridgestone Potenza) be alright to put on, considering the possibly different tread pattern?
C.) Some manufacturers sell tires with a Road Hazard warranty. Is there any chance that comes included when buying a CPO BMW, I didn't see any mention of it in my paperwork but just curious.

I live North of LA and if you have a similar tire you're looking to get rid off, with 4-5000 miles on it, let me know. I can pick up anywhere from Ventura, Oxnard, Camarillo, Thousand Oaks, Simi Valley or Santa Barbara areas.
