Had a problem with assist after the dealer in South Carolina replaced the TCU unit and reprogrammed the car. I discovered on the road that BMW assist could not see my car or locate it. The dealer just did not enable the assist. I hit the enabled button, it took a few moments to connect and it has worked since with no problem.
I check BMW assist it about once every two weeks to make sure all is OK. But, have the dealer check it out with the BT issue.
