^ I know they did not see the jb3, and arguing with them is pointless especially I do not have the time to go back and forth with them and getting in to legal actions over it. I know someone that works for bmw and he has told me that they are not programming the computers on these cars so it does not exceed a certain boost level, which is why the car feels slower. They are not letting you know bout this either and performing it on their own, my BT scan doesn't even communicate with the car anymore because they blocked it off.
