This is the reason I did not buy Conti DW's...
Yes they get great reviews for the most part, but do some searching and many people have had to get new tires after 10-14k miles... not completely terrible for a performance summer tire, but not nearly enough for someone like me, who in reality just wants a good tire for street/daily driving.
I recently bought new wheels and tires... and I first was dead set on Conti DW's but changed my mind to the Hankook V12 Evo2's... I am very happy with them to say the least, and from many of the reviews I've read, should last much longer than the DWs.
