You're right that hp doesn't ever reach 370, but hp at the RPM where you are reaching 369 lb/ft of torque is clearly much higher than stock (not 70 hp higher, but still noticeably higher). It has to be as you cannot have more torque at a certain RPM without more hp since hp and torque are mathematically equated together by the equation HP = Torque x RPM/5252 (hence why hp and torque curves cross at 5252 RPM). If you look at this hp chart comparison:
You will see a good 30-40 or so hp bump throughout the range btw 2500-5000 RPM. Plus you will see higher peak hp as advertised also.
