I witnessed this about 2 weeks ago. Saw 6 people pulled over while I was waiting in traffic on the other side. Appalling. I seriously hate Hwy Patrol, a bunch of useless dicks if you ask me

I am a witness to this too. I have seen it there on that bridge. And i totally agree with you on the bold part.
