Solder a wire from the positive lead of the signal bulb on the circuit board to the positive lead on the board of whatever bulb you want to light up at the same time. Whenever one bulb comes on, the other will too. If you want it to only go one way (other bulb only lights up when signal is on, not signal lights up when other bulb comes on), use a diode.
