I've been. It is a great day out. It is probably the best chance you will get to get close to a F1 car outside of having membership to the F1 paddock club.
The year I went, Hamilton was there with his McLaren. Mark Gene was there with the previous year's Ferrari. Plenty of classic stuff. Lots of opportunity to see stuff parked up. Good place to celebrity spot, as there are plenty of drivers past, present and future milling around.
Not sure about going for all the days as a lot of the runs are repeated. I'd look on the site and see what days they have stuff you want to see. This list changes right up until the day though - I remember being a bit disappointed as a few car/driver runs got cancelled at last minute.
Highly recommend it.
