could be many things, brakes, microfilter, general car check, etc. since you have no idrive i cannot give you the precise directions to find what is due. but you need to scroll through the menu with the signal stalk (note: not the bc button to see average speed, kilometers to go etc. but the button that can go up and down lol my english sucks) you should see a menu that says check
