I use 3m Urethane Windshield Adhesive. Can be found in caulk tubes at any auto paint store.

Cleans up with alcohol. I positioned my rear spoiler and makes the area off.
I then applied the stuff to the underside of the spoiler. Put it into place and used painters yellow tape to hold it into place. I then used the alcohol to clean up the edge with my finger and a rag.

Worked great!!!
