Anybody here have any experience with the traffic court system here in Nevada? I got a ticket on 95 for going 74 in a 65. I've never got a ticket before so i'm not sure what I should do. They gave me the option of paying the $328 fine and they knock it down to a parking ticket so i get no points. However, i'm tempted to fight it because the NHP officer never indicated how he measured my speed. He was coming up from behind me so I guess he just paced me but in my thought I could easily say I wasn't speeding and he would have no proof and that might stand a chance in court. If I win I get off, if I lose I still have to pay $328 What do you guys think?
