I had a mate who had similar issues after letting his gf borrow the car for a day, it depends on how deep the scratches are on the rim to how much it will cost. If the scratches are only superficial they can literally sand back that small section of the rim and respray it and you won't be able to notice it unless you look up close to find it, where you can see the rim has been slightly smoothed over. That sort of repair will set you back around $60 a rim.
If the damage is deeper i believe they can fix it but it'll cost closer to $200 and you generally need to take it to a specialist wheel repairer. Your dealer will be able to reccomend one for you as they generally get rims repaird on 2nd hand cars before re-selling them.
