The noise from engine bay sounds like the vacuum solenoid farting/buzzing noise that was caused by one of the Procede maps. If I remember correctly it was fixed in 3-30 DIC (2011). What Procede revision and map are you running?

It will be easier to help you when you have all the codes. Then convert the numbers from decimal to hex and search on here.
