330d is a very very good car - you have the manual option, it's still very nippy and a fair bit better on fuel than the 335d. It's also a wee bit lighter.
BUT you get a lower rev limit, only one turbo so a more pronounced "flat" spot in the power delivery and a fair bit less power and a lot less torque.
There have been countless arguments on here over how much faster a 335d is but there is a pretty big difference, especially at higher speeds.
