I had a much easier time using two hands. Try holding the bulb between both hands by the fingers. Hands are positioned flat like you are praying, but fingers pointed towards the ground. To screw the bulb in, push your left and down and pull your right hand up (like a rubbing motion when your hands are cold and you want to warm them up). This motion will twist the bulb in. Took me like 10 seconds to screw it in this way.
