Look like Style 228 Individual wheels...
That oyster interior is going to get stained by denim and be difficult to clean. Unfortunately, if not denim, I'm sure it's likely the leather will get that brown/black wear on it unless you plan on cleaning your car every week. I'm not sure it's possible to keep it white if it's a serious DD.
