They've already got better tuning modules on the diesels I believe. There was some stuff floating around here about them.... IIRC, not as much of a bump in power, but portable and end-user friendly.
The fact that this version is cleaner means it should come to the US no matter what. I'm tired of powering my car on the political fuckup that is ethanol.
