The only way I got it to rotate was by holding the hose at each connection of the "T" (after heating) with a rubber non-slip grip, and using a pair of pliers on the plastic part of the "T" to slowly twist the 3-flanged nipple inside the connected vac lines. It worked but my T-connector definitely has some bite marks around it.
