To say that Mike is incompetent . . . . you must know him; I do not. I only know that he verified the passed issues with the product, VAC's knowledge of such, and now states that newer versions exist to correct for known problems. I called VAC, as manufacturer, to pursue additional possibilities for installation, but Mike had no ideas that were not already tried. He did cordially offer to turn the hub extenders again, to attempt to rectify the issues, as others have encountered.
My mistake was to trust.
Though I wanted front hub extenders, my outcome has been accomplished. I finally received refund and have been able to contact a good number of fellow consumers and hopefully save many from losing to VAC.
As prior, beware. No one needs to read this that is not concerned with vendor issues, however the forums allow us the opportunity to share bad as well as good experiences. Take heed. Thank you to those who support; your issues will be cleared as well - be persistent.
