You should negotiate up from invoice. Tell them your lowball and if they say no, walk. Come back in a couple days try again, if the salesman doesn't go down, leave and try another. Make it clear that you don't want it bad enough to hang out and pay their price. A display disinterest and apathy towards the car is your best weapon. Look at other dealerships too, there is one in Dallas and one in the Irving area I believe.
