I'm always surprised by people who care so little for their reputations. Maybe they are counting on the rest of us turning the other cheek. From my perspective, the least that people who cheat others should expect is that they will be outed for the scoundrels they are.

I can't speak to the legal ramifications of disclosing the name and address of someone who has cheated you, but if he doesn't have the money to pay you back I doubt he's going to find a lawyer who would be interested in taking him on as a client.
