Not sure if you meant "staggered" set-up vs "square" set-up. 18x8/18x8.5 is staggered. That said, I just put Conti DWS tires on 193m rims on my 07 328xi - 265/35-18 on the 18x8.5's and 235/40-18 on the 18x8's. They fit good with OEM suspension.
