Hi guys,

I got my new bimmer about 4 months ago with Satellite Navigation option from the local dealer but got frustrated when I knew I had to pay about 4000 SAR to get Road Map DVD, I thought a car which already costs that much should be equipped with it for free. I tried to look for one which works on professional screen (the wide one) and couldn't find anything availabe for what BMW calls Arabian Gulf region from eBay or for free.

Luck struck eventually when I found this file and the good news it works perfectly. Yeah it's 2006-2 version and my car is 2009 but it does everything I need.

Just download the file and make sure you burn it as an ISO image into a new DVD. Insert it in the DVD slot and bingo Jeddah roads are now in my screen!



The DVD should work on Professional Systems in all GCC countries. If you're not sure what professional is, it is the one that comes with split screen in most modern BMWs.
