It's not a real race car, I know.  BUT I could not drive a race car on the streets. So an OEM+ BMW w/ upgraded suspension is the way to go!
P.S. I got my stock downpipe back in, so my car is stock power-wise now. I couldn't stand the smell any longer or the excessive cold start noise.
So my car is closer to stock than it has been, but it performs better. As a matter of fact the only significant non-OEM parts on my car are the intercooler, seats, brake ducting, Quaife diff (which is in the stock housing) and dampers/springs. Otherwise all standard parts! |

You know, another really good option is to go with the catless dp and an xdrive stock exhaust. Has the two secondary cats to help with smell and not nearly as loud as your open exhaust.
I thought you had a tune too?
