Race track inhibited? I guess certain parts; but there's still Daytona, Sebring, Moroso and Homestead. In neighboring states you have Roebling Road and Road Atlanta in Georgia and Barber in Alabama.
Don't have my resources at home to check into rentals, but there should be a ton of them in your area. What part of Florida?
