There is one that is off Nimitz Hwy off of H1W right near the Honolulu airport. It's right across the street from the Home Gallery. You do NOT need to have decals or anything to use this one. Only takes quarters. Just bring a drying towel, and a brush or detailing rags to finish off your car. Also has a vacuum before you enter the bay. $0.75 for about 3 or 4 mins. There is also a hobby shop so you can work on your car just up from the car wash as well.
Edit: Also, I believe it is open until 2000 (or 8 p.m)
