I was going to say the vent slats too. If it's only happening occasionally in extreme conditions, I would just live with it. If it was happening every bump then I might be more inclined to do something about it.
If you're bored one day just take the wheel off and look around for marks or melted plastic if you want to figure out exactly where its rubbing.
