Hey free bump for a beautiful car. As far as not selling, don't be too discouraged, almost all other e90s 09+ are having a hard time selling. Your car definitely commands the very reasonable price you're asking, but when one is financing a car for 3-5 years (lets be honest, most people don't keep $27k in cash and purchase used cars) whats another $10k with incentive to get into a F30? Know thy market.

I'd look into building that garage.
