Is the power to the box ?
Fan turning?
Fuse intact?
I might try dissconnecting the battery and seeing if
a hard reboot fixes it.
Otherwise a BMW specific scanner.
USB Hub fuse if you have a USB Hub.
I would also try playing a usb flash drive with music
fat 32 formatted.
usb fuse f13
tcu or ulf fuse f26(mulf doesn't come up as a search word)
from bently manual.
