Factory demos are a mixed bag. There are a million where I live b/c the plant and they're either driven by soccer mommies at 10 under the limit or by someone doing 100 on the interstate. YMMV, but definately safer than a Loaner/ Dealer Demo/ CPO in my opinion. They're also maintained extremely well.
in SC, they're X5's, always with Sport Pack, usually without rear climate, either 3.0 or 4.8 (11's are just starting to come out) or a 328i ZSP or a 135i 'vert. Some minis, some X6's, less 335's, a
few E60's and one or two 7ers. Now they're shifting to xDrive cars and more without sport. Probably for the people in NJ who have shitty roads and weather at resale
