Talk to him about what you want and he will make it happen (but it will not be cheap), I've got a 2010 vehicle built in late 09 and I'm considering a combox telematics upgrade from him (that will get me pandora, office, and a navi speed/performance boost), and just about everyone on here agrees he is the undisputed expert in this field. His PM's are articulate and cover every option, and he clearly cares about his customers.
