Why not? Costco isn't ghetto or anything. Its just wheels/tires...Its not like hes getting something big done.
BMW has messed up my wheels before as well. BMW has dropped my cousins brand new E90 back in 06 off the truck. totaled..
Things happen. Have you wondered why businesses have insurance....Shit happens.
