I purchased a matte black kidney grill and painted reflectors from Paul@Eurospec a while ago.
The received the products and realized that I got two right side reflectors, so I PM'd Paul and he told me to ship one of those back and he sent me a left side one.
But I figured that USPS lost it, so I PM'd Paul again and he said he is going to send me another one for free!
Can't say enough how much I'm pleased with his customer service.
