I can't speak for Irv, but to the best of my knowledge, the deal you will get is somewhat fixed as a $ value over European Delivery wholesale price. You should contact Irv directly for that, but as far as I know it is the same for everyone.
I have done ED a few time but this is my first with Irv. I can honestly say that Irv has been top rate to deal with. He's human, so I am sure mistakes can happen, but he has been on top of everything for me from day one.
I have never seen such consistent reviews of any SA selling any type of car anywhere. If you are thinking of doing ED, do yourself a favor and call Irv. After a short conversation you will know why people say such great things about him.
