I could never understand WHY people are removing/disabling their pollution
control systems when it's a federal violation to do so and often results in little
to no gain.
Of course I've heard stories of fantastic gains, etc. and perhaps these are true.
How do these cars pass their states' emission testing programs? Or are those
fooled by s/w modification(s)?
