This has been discussed a number of times before, RFT's are supposed to be mounted on EH2 (Extended Hub) rims, they bear an extra ridge on the barrel of the wheel that's designed to keep the tire from falling off should there be a total loss of pressure. This is not to say that RFT's physically require an EH2 rim to be mounted, the tire just may or may not do it's job if something bad were to happen.
