I actually used a paint brush for the dakota beige color, since there was a texture to the plastic you dont really see any brush strokes. Then I did spray the clear coat, but very lightly with a spray paint can.
2 - Did you have any difficulties removing the panel?
It wasnt super difficult, but as described above in your initial post, the bottom clips were a pain in the butt.
If you are talking about the panel around the cup holders, no it is very easy, just be delicate.
