Townhome Recommendations?
Hey guys, I'm new, moving to the seattle area in June. Looking for a Townhome now. Obviously looking for something with a 2 car garage(would like it not to be tandem, but if it has to be then it has to be. Looking in Kirkland/Bellevue/Redmond area. Currently having someone look at one I found in Redmond that seems decent. Anyone got any tips or leads? Looking for around 1500/mo rent(somewhat flexible).
