I'm looking at a 2009 335i, and am hoping for some input on a reasonable target price.

- Private seller, seller is 2nd owner
- has 2 years of CPO left
- has 2 years left of maintenance service plan
- clean Carfax and AutoCheck
- has just a couple of very small & dings -- the kind that are fairly tough to see even after they've been pointed out to you, and not noticeable at all from more than a few feet away
- Tires are a plus and minus: Will need new summer tires very soon, but includes a set of Blizzack ws60s mounted on a spare set of wheels (which should have at least a couple of winters left in them)
Seller is asking $31,000. Car has been on the market for about a week. Gave it a test drive and all seems well.
