Feeler for now but hopefully be up for sale very shortly, as thinking of selling my car.
I have up for grabs a Genuine BMW performance exhaust for the 320d model.
It's only done about 850ish miles. Therefore needless to say its in excellent condition.
I don't have actual pics but the link below shows what it looks like. This is a dual exit exhaust and looks brilliant. It does not need you to change the diffuser (the single exit standard 320d one is fine).
This is compatible with both E90's and E92's and is only suitable for the n47 engine.

This costs £515 brand new. I'd be looking for £385 delivered (this includes all fittings too - such as the mounts, which will be required).
