If you want to remove the seat back..... After you remove the bottom portion, there are 3 bolts holding the seat back in at the bottom. Then you must get in the trunk and release the two latches holding the top of the seat in place. They look like door latches, just use a screw driver and push them to the side and they will release the top part of the seat back.
Rear parcel shelf..... You're on your own.
