go for it. It's not like you're going to drive around with the seats folded down ANYWAY, righ? the rear seat back in the non-folding seat is made of the same materials as the folding ones. You'll get sound transfer.
In case you didn't know, that seat back still comes out, in a pinch. It's not a wall of sheet metal or anything.
