Not really, there was no mention made of how the issue the SA was referring to was ultimately resolved.
While I personally believe that in the event of a major claim on a Dinan car, one will most likely be in a finger pointing episode between Dinan and BMW leaving the frustrated customer unsupported in the middle, I have yet to see any report of an actual warranty claim with a Dinan modified car, so at least give them the benefit of the doubt until we actually have facts.
