I found step 9 to be bad advice for me. Trying to get a ratchet or driver was near impossible this way. Pull the steering rack to the back of the car and stick a ratchet in there over the steering rack from the front of the car. If your fore arm is as scrawny as mine = 100x easier. Hope this insight I'm giving as I do this helps somebody.
