1. install my steering wheel instead of the m sport steering wheel - yes
2. bmw did not manufactured m sport heated steering wheel for e9x, only sport steering wheel have heating, but for e89 (z4) - yes, e89 have m sport steering wheel with heating
so it is possible to install m sport steering wheel with heating from z4 on e9x
